Six years ago I made a move to switch vehicle brands and purely because of the service I have received from your dealership, I find myself four Nissan X-Trails later.

I would like to commend you on the levels of service maintained throughout all my dealings with your staff at William Simpson, but specific mention must be made of the manner in which your sales person, Dylan Swart deals with his customers.

Recently the vehicle that Dylan sold me (X-Trail # 3) in October last year was replaced by my insurance and unfortunately circumstance did not allow me to use your dealership to do the replacement. This would allow me to experience just how above the mark your dealership really is. I shall not mention the Nissan dealer that replaced my vehicle, but what a letdown it ended up being. Never have I been so unenthusiastic to take delivery of a new vehicle as what I was yesterday when I received my new X-Trail Tekna.

The dealership failed to deliver on some of the items that were supposed to be fitted to my vehicle. Immediately I called Dylan and without any hesitation or compensation he arranged that my vehicle be delivered to your dealership (today) and he has kept me updated throughout the process on the fitment of the items. Much more than I can say about the original dealership that supplied the vehicle.

When purchasing a vehicle from Dylan you are taken on a journey - whatsapp messages updating you as you go along, videos of the vehicle being delivered from the factory, constant phone calls. He drives the anticipation for you, that you have no choice, but be excited.

Dylan exceeds all expectations and should be sent to every single Nissan dealership to demonstrate the art of selling and how to deal with their customers. Dylan is an asset to your dealership and I would have no hesitation recommending him or William Simpson.

We have been dealing with William Simpson for at least 13 years. We have had nothing but excellent service. Malcolm in sales is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He is very obliging and is happy to come to you for a test drive. I previously had an X-Trail which was the best vehicle I have ever driven. It never let me down in 9 years and the trade in on my next Nissan was brilliant.

The service manager, and his team are always available. Today my battery was flat and they popped round and jump started it for me. When I took my vehicle to have the diagnostics reset later in the day my battery failed again. A new one was fitted while I waited. I highly recommend William Simpson, Tokai. I would only purchase a Nissan from them. Follow up is excellent. They also market several other top class vehicles.


As always, I cannot fault the service at this centre. From the staff to the facilities to the service itself....just fantastic.

I brought a Nissan for the first time from William Simpson a year ago from Theo - the sales manager there. From the very beginning, service excellence, brought the car and very happy indeed. A few months ago I the panel fell off the back of the car as a bolt came loose. I certainly expected this would cost to fix however Theo sent it to the panel beaters, no cost at all to me. A few weeks ago I had a break in, my keys were stolen. I contacted Theo again to find out about a spare and to reprogramme the keys. I know this would have cost me thousands to get done, again Theo assisted me and this has cost me next to nothing to get done. Each time I call Theo, it is never a problem. I will most definately send anyone who will listen to me to him for assistance, he is truly a gem of a man and his help to me over the past year has been over and above any reasonable expectation I would have from a dealer.

He inspected the car and then asked his foreman if he could fix it - which he did - at no charge.
